iCLOUD FIXER — BETA SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

By downloading, installing, or using iCloud Fixer (the "Software"), you
agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. BETA SOFTWARE
----------------
The Software is a pre-release BETA version provided for testing and
feedback. It may contain errors, may change at any time, may stop working
(for example after a macOS update), and may be discontinued without
notice. Features that are free today may require a code or payment in
future versions.

2. LICENSE
----------
01 Data Inc. grants you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to install and use the Software on Macs you own or control. You
may pass on the ORIGINAL, unmodified installer (dmg/zip) to others. You
may not sell, rent, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create
derivative works of the Software, or misrepresent its origin.

3. WHAT THE SOFTWARE DOES

The Software monitors Apple's iCloud sync services and, when you use its
fix actions, restarts those services (bird, cloudd, fileproviderd), which
macOS relaunches automatically. It does not delete files. By using the
fix actions you authorize these operations on your Mac.

4. NO WARRANTY
--------------
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
01 DATA INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, THAT
IT WILL FIX YOUR iCLOUD PROBLEM, OR THAT IT WILL WORK ON FUTURE VERSIONS
OF macOS.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 01 DATA INC., ITS OWNERS AND
CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF,
OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE — INCLUDING DATA LOSS, LOST PROFITS,
BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE
SOFTWARE IS TO STOP USING IT AND UNINSTALL IT.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA (for example with
Time Machine). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty or
liability exclusions; in those places, these exclusions apply to the
fullest extent permitted by law.

6. PRIVACY
----------
The Software sends at most one anonymous ping per day (a random install
ID, the app version, the macOS version, and daily usage counts) so that
01 Data Inc. can measure beta usage. No names, no email addresses, no
file names, and no file contents are collected. You can disable this at
any time by running once in Terminal:
    defaults write com.icloudfixer.app disableAnalytics -bool YES

7. FREEMIUM MODEL & UNLOCK CODES
--------------------------------
The Software is offered as FREEMIUM: the monitoring features are free.
After the free trial period, the Software's fix actions require a monthly
unlock code provided by 01 Data Inc. During the beta, codes are provided
free of charge; 01 Data Inc. may introduce paid plans in future versions.
Codes expire at the end of their month and may not be sold, published, or
distributed without permission.

8. TERMINATION
--------------
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Sections 4 and
5 survive any termination.

9. GENERAL
----------
These terms are the entire agreement regarding the beta Software. They
are governed by the laws applicable where 01 Data Inc. is registered. If
any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay
in effect.
